These terms apply to the DRHomeRepairs.com website and to quote requests for handyman and home repair work in Kansas City and Johnson County, Kansas. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and scheduling
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the job differs from the description once we see it in person. Scheduling depends on availability. We will not start paid work without your agreement on the scope and price.
Scope of work
We provide residential handyman and home repair services such as general repairs, painting and drywall, plumbing fixes, doors and windows, deck and fence repair, and fixture-level electrical work. Some jobs need a licensed specialist (for example full rewires, sewer lines, or structural work). If that is the case, we will say so rather than take the job.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Kansas law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For contracted repair work, our responsibility is limited to the agreed scope of that job.
